Microsoft Office 2010 is packaged software, which is common for every user ranging from office workers to normal ones. It consists of many programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Microsoft Access. Microsoft Office Word is used for writing notes and documents for your banking jobs. Using the functions available on the program, Microsoft Office Excel can do the calculation for your banking work. Microsoft Office Powerpoint enables you to create slides for presentation while Microsoft Office Access allows you to prepare database, which is easy for you to control the flow of your work.

Summary:
For Microsoft Office 2010, I have used it for around 3 years. This program is very beneficial for banking and finance workers because we can write documents, prepare slides for presentation, calculations and also preparing database. I believe I will need this program in the future, because for banking jobs, there are many documents to write as well as calculation to make.
